Valentine's Day Sale & Studio Blog Train

It's that time of year again - Valentine's Day. The time to show your loved ones how much you love them. We designers at The Studio want to share the love too!

We have a huge sale planned! My store is on sale for 30% off. So if there's something you've had your eye on - now's the time!

And if that's not enough - keep your eyes peeled for another sale coming up right after our Valentine's Sale. And the news just keeps getting better . . . .

It's our Valentine's Blog Train!!!!

Welcome theStudio's Valentine-themed blog hop. We hedged our bets that everyone would be swimming in red & pink today, and instead choose the pure, soft colors of white, blush and natural greens. Sometimes the understated beauty of a white rose just can't be beat. We hope you enjoy our little mini's. Take a moment out of your day and browse through all our blogs, download the mini's that speak to your heart and leave a little love. A little means a lot to us.

Happy Valentine's day!

Here is my part and you can download it

Here is the blog roll - - happy hunting and have a great Valentine's Day!

Groundhog Day - Flash Sales

It's Groundhog day and we're have a series of Flash Sales from 6 am - 6 pm (EST) at the Studio today. There will be a thread posted with all the flash sales, so be sure to check it out!

We ran one of these on NSD and it was SO popular, we're doing it again. I can't say exactly what's going to be posted at what particular hour, but trust me . . . you are in for some great deals!

Here are a couple of kits of mine that will be on for 75% off - but I can't say when!

New Look, New Kit and a Freebie

My first post of 2013! Bad me! It's been a while, so I'm wishing all of you a super great and fabulous 2013!

You'll have to pardon the dust on my blog! I'm in the midst of a re-design and I'm not this kind of a  "techy" gal, so it will take me a bit to get it looking all spanking clean!

I released a new kit in my stores last week, and for those of you who follow me on FB, you will have seen it. For those of you who subscribe to The Studio newsletter, you would have received a freebie and been able to purchase it for 24 hours at 70% off. That's right! Perhaps you should subscribe to the newsletter? There are deals like that - every day! For those of you that haven't "liked" me on my Facebook page, you should! I give freebies away there too - they're not always on my blog.

My Facebook page is HERE.

I really like my new kit. I'm creating a little book for my brother using it. It's a funny story, but he started sending out photos a few weeks before Christmas of these two little "stuffed" characters - he called them "Obie & Hitch" (posing as my two older brothers when they were kids). Each day a different photo with a different story came in an email. It was hilarious and when we finally figured out what was going on, we looked forward to a new email every day with the latest in their escapades. He lives in Manitoba and it's pretty dang cold there with lots of snow, so my new kit works perfectly for it.

It's called DAY OFF AT THE NORTH POLE. It's a pretty full kit and I created some cute add-on papers for it too.

ADD-ON PAPERS

And here are some layouts I created with it - The story of "Obie & Hitch":

I am so sorry that my sale is over, it ended before I could get my
blog up and running properly.

BUT . . . I have two things to offer you. FIRST - a FREEBIE.
It's a cluster I created from the kit and you can download it.

HERE

Secondly, if anyone would like to purchase the kit, just send me an email (avalon44@telus.net) and I will give you a coupon to get the kit at the sale price of 20% off, AND . . .

I will throw in the Add-On Papers for

FREE

I'll offer this to you all until February 10th.

Christmas Carol Blog Hop & New Kit

Happy holidays to everyone. I'm sure you're in one of two categories - the first being you've got everything done and you're ready for Christmas - or you're still scrambling and your list doesn't seem to be getting any smaller! I'm getting there - but there always seems to be something I need to add to my "to do" list - and today is no exception! Except today - you are the beneficiaries of one of my "to do's" - an early Christmas gift!

I hope you all are taking advantage of the Advent Calendar at The Studio - what a great kit everyone is going to end up with when it's all said and done! And if that's not enough - we're having a Christmas Carol Blog Hop and I've got a cute little mini freebie kit for you at the end of this post - so keep reading!

First though, I've got a new release in the store today called DECEMBER DREAMS.  This holiday kit is full of fun, colour and a nice mix of holiday and winter elements - so it proves to be a very versatile kit. If it's the holiday season and it's chilly outside . . . this is the kit for you. This kit contains 40 elements and 16 papers.

And best of all . . . you can pick it up for
$3.40 until the 22nd of December!

"Welcome to theStudio's Annual Christmas Carol Blog Hop!

Each year theStudio Designer's gather together to "Sing Christmas Carols" to all of our members, customers, fans & friends!  It's a way for us all to say Merry Christmas and a big Thank You for being so supportive of us!  Each participating Designer has chosen a special Christmas Carol just for you and designed a cute mini kit freebie around it!  So put on your dancing shoes & singing voices and come Caroling with us!"

I've chosen "'TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS" - and here's my gift to you:
