 We've been working hard behind the scenes to bring a little more scrapping joy to you! 

We are offering theStudio's very first ever LIVE and IN PERSON, Digital Day Out. If you are in the Twin Cities area, or will be in the area, please join us for our first Digital Day Out on November 10! The day will be hosted by Manda, Nibbles Skribbles and Steph, ScrappyCocoa. They have tons of goodies, tons of prizes and tons of scrapping!

It's Been A While - But Lots of News, Sales and a Freebie!

It's been a long and busy summer and I've totally been neglecting my blog. I find it hard since I created a Facebook page for Studio4 Desigworks to keep up with both. Summer keeps you busy and I'm hoping you all have had a great summer so far. Not long and it will be Fall here in the Northern hemisphere - love the season, but it makes me sad in a way - fewer hours of sunlight! I've been busy as I'm sure you all have so I'm hoping to get back into keeping up with everyone now that summer holidays are almost done and the kids are back in school.

Where do I start? My store opening at The Studio has been successful and so very fun. It's a great store and I've met some wonderful warm people. Toiny, the store owner, is just fabulous and keeps it light and fun for all.

And on a sad note, those of you who are in "the know" know that Digiridoo Scraps closed down in July. It was very sad, but the owner moved from her temporary home in United Emerites back to her native South Africa. It was a much needed family move and they've not regretted anything for one minute. I miss the gals there - they were the greatest bunch! We've got ourselves our own FB page to keep in touch so the "separation" hasn't been quite as brutal as it could have been.

So on to the good news. This weekend has 2 of my stores celebrating birthdays. What does that mean for you? Big time stuff! Sales, challenges, freebies . . . enough to keep you busy for a while. My first post here is all about the great stuff happening at GDS.

First off, I must tell you about the first store that took me in for my first designer position - Go Digital Scrapbooking. They're celebrating their 6th year - and in this day and age - that's quite a milestone.

It's been way too long between posts for me . . . but I've been a busy little bee! I've opened a new store this weekend - at the Digital Scrapbooking Studio. It's a funny story as it was actually "The Studio" that got me designing a few years back as I entered a "New Designer" contest there. I actually won it and it gave me the courage to start designing! You know how they say things come "full circle". It's a super group of ladies there and I'm just thrilled to become a part of the team!

Now for the best news . . . there's a progressive sale happening this weekend in honour of Memorial Day for people in the United States.

It's 30% off Saturday, 35% off Sunday and 40% off Monday.
